Shipping & Returns


We normally use USPS first class insured mail. It typically takes 2-4 business days to arrive from when you receive the tracking number.


Since our products are made to order and can be a long lead-time, typically we will email you about 5 business days before we plan to ship your order to confirm the shipping details are correct. At that time, you can request us to rush ship something if it helps and we’ll do our best to make sure it gets to you, even if we have to overnight it. You can also change shipping information at that time.


If you do have timing considerations, please let us know up front by emailing and we can review what options will work best.


All of our items are stitched by hand and made to order. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. Please be sure to order the right size, and we guarantee everything but the size you order will fit. We suggest measuring an existing belt like our measuring guide shows.

Please note, with any quality or size issues, we will replace the item for free.  For made-to-order items that are returned, we have a 15% processing fee.


Your refund will be processed 2-4 business days after we it has arrived to our workshop.
