Shipping policy

We normally use Fedex first class insured mail. It typically takes 2-4 business days to arrive from when you receive the tracking number.

Since our products are made to order and can be a long lead-time, typically we will email you about 5 business days before we plan to ship your order to confirm the shipping details are correct. At that time, you can request us to rush ship something if it helps and we’ll do our best to make sure it gets to you, even if we have to overnight it. You can also change shipping information at that time.
